    Russell Dubai career started in 2005 as pre-opening bartender for the luxury hotel Grosvenor House by Starwood hotels. in the iconic world famous Buddha Bar , Bar 44 and Toro toro ,One of the most prestigious and exclusive Dubai nightspots and fine dining experience.
     
    During this period acquired an extensive experience in food and beverage, bar training, master classes, bar design and beverage consultancy.
     
    Developed and implemented beverage menu engineering for various international brands within the middle eastern region. Worked with global company and beverage innovation directors to be in line with local and international trends. Regular participation in beverage seminars and competition. Trained many bartenders both local and abroad.
     
    Russell is also the first ever winner and included in the hall of fame for world class raising the bar U.A.E. champion 2009 by DIAGEO. Presently working as brand ambassador for Monin U.A.E., beverage consultant for Fresh Express LLC and President of Mastah U.A.E Bartenders Association.
